Q: What is your shipping time?
Juniper is a part-time business at this stage of my journey. I have only a few hours a week to devote to it, although it is my hope to expand the business over the coming years. As a one woman show (with a little help from my husband), I have Juniper time allotted on Friday mornings. Shipping and any customer service responses will take priority during this time and please be aware that messages/orders will typically receive responses only on Fridays. I will typically be sending your order on the Friday after it is placed, but on the few occasions that I will be out of the office on a Friday, shipping time may take as long as 14 days. Thank you for being patient as I realize we are all mostly accustomed to faster customer service response time than that.

Q: Do you take custom orders?
No. All products in my shop are "ready-to-ship," meaning that they
are already made and currently in stock. With time limitations, it is somewhat unpredictable when I will have time for actual jewelry making, so I am not able to offer “made to order” products (products that are created after you order them). Design time is the most time consuming part of the jewelry creation process, so I am not currently able to accommodate custom design requests.
